Privacy Policy

B.MOSS USA Inc.
Effective date: September 1, 2026

B.MOSS USA Inc. (“B.MOSS”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and takes seriously the protection of the personal information you share with us. By personal information we mean anything that identifies you, such as your name, company, job title, postal address, telephone number or email address. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can review, correct or delete it. It applies to visitors accessing our website from the United States.

Our commitments

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We honor every request to stop receiving emails, letters or calls from us.

Information we collect

Most of our website can be read without telling us who you are. Our servers and analytics tools record technical data automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this in aggregate; visitors remain anonymous to us unless they choose to identify themselves.

At certain points we ask you for information about yourself: when you request samples, ask for a quotation, download our showreel, subscribe to our mailing list, write to us through a contact form, or use the assistant on our site. We may then collect:

— identifiers: name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, postal address;
— commercial information: the samples or quotations you request, the projects you describe, your order history;
— internet activity: pages viewed, forms submitted, messages exchanged with our online assistant.

Providing this information is entirely your choice, but without it we cannot send you samples, prepare a quotation or answer your question.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, prepare and follow up quotations, send samples, manage orders and deliveries, keep our commercial and accounting records, secure our website, and analyze trends so we can improve our website and our range. We may also tell you about products, techniques and offers relevant to your work; you can ask us to stop at any time.

To serve you better, we may combine information you give us online with information you give us by telephone, by email or by post.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the following categories of recipients, and only for the purposes described above:

— service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting, file and video delivery, email delivery, customer relationship management, and the provider of our online assistant;
— affiliated companies of our group, which produce and ship the samples and orders you request;
— professional advisors such as accountants, auditors and lawyers, bound by confidentiality;
— public authorities, where the law requires disclosure or where we need to protect our rights;
— a purchaser or successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

These recipients may use your information only to perform their role and may not use it for their own marketing.

International transfers

B.MOSS USA Inc. is part of an international group. The information you send us may be transferred to, stored and processed by our affiliates and service providers in Germany and in Israel, where data protection laws differ from those of the United States. By using our website and contacting us, you understand that your information may be handled in these countries.

Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track

Our website uses cookies that are necessary for the site to work, that remember your language preference, and that measure how our pages are used. Where consent is required, we ask for it through a banner before setting non-essential cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may then work less well.

We do not use our cookies to follow you across other companies’ websites. Because there is still no common industry standard for Do Not Track browser signals, our website does not respond to them; this does not affect the commitments made in this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep quotation, order and correspondence records for as long as the business relationship requires and afterwards for the periods imposed by tax and accounting rules. Conversations with our online assistant are kept for up to twelve months so we can improve its answers. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe, and we remove contacts that have been inactive for three years.

Reviewing, correcting or deleting your information

We only want to write to you if you want to hear from us. To be removed from our mailing lists, or to review, receive a copy of, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@b-moss.com or write to the address below. Please include your full name, your email address and exactly what you would like us to do. We may need to ask you for information to confirm your identity before we act.

We handle email requests within ten business days. Removing a name from postal mailings can take longer, as printed material is often prepared weeks in advance. Please also note that if you have asked us for samples or placed an order, we may still need to contact you about that specific request even after you have opted out of our other communications.

Your California and state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and why, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or of targeted advertising. As stated above, we do not sell personal information and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any other right, contact us as described in the previous section. We will never treat you differently for making a request. If we cannot verify your identity, or if the law allows us to decline, we will tell you why.

California residents may also ask us, once a year, whether we disclosed their personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not, and our answer to any such request will confirm this.

Security

We use encrypted connections and restricted access to protect the information you send us. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, so we cannot warrant the security of information you send us, and you do so at your own risk. Once it reaches us, we protect it with the care our business requires.

Links to other websites

Our website contains links to sites operated by other companies, which we do not control. Their privacy practices may differ from ours. Please read the privacy policy of any site before sharing personal information there.

Children

Our website is aimed at business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised text will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant we will say so on the page for thirty days. Please review this page occasionally.
